About Us

Welcome to Vallejo First Corporation!

Our mission is to revitalize Historic Old Town Vallejo for commercial and cultural activities that promote shopping, working, dining and living in a secure and progressive environment.

We believe that Historic Old Town Vallejo can once again be the hub of activity for local residents and people of surrounding areas as well as tourists, providing all necessary sundries as well as entertainment, dining, and unique shopping opportunities. Our rich history and creative mix of artists and cultural influences will draw people from all over the Bay area to experience its charm and liveliness. The streets will be alive with annual events such as the Mad Hatter Holiday Festival, that will showcase our style, image, and architecture of this Grand Old Town while allowing for moments of quiet reflection of its history and heritage.
